Waiver & Financial Policies: In consideration of making services available to the undersigned client and/or client's family members, the undersigned does hereby for, on and behalf of themselves, their heirs, and legal representatives, release and forever discharge Serve It Up Tennis, LLC and its owners, managers, coaches, agents, representatives and site property owners from any and all claims and demands of every kind which I may have or hereafter acquire for and all damages or losses which may be suffered or acquired by the undersigned client and/or family members in connection with this activity, and all such claims are hereby waived and released, and the undersigned client further covenants not to sue therefore.
    Please do not pay individual coaches directly. If you are unable to make a lesson for any reason, please contact your coach. If a client fails to attend a lesson without giving 24 hours advance notice, our policy is to charge for the cost of the lesson, except in unusual circumstances.
